How Minimal moves
Minimal is kinetic typography: the lyrics are the hero and fill the frame. It sets them in centred lines, a phrase at a time. The words rise into place and fade out. As it plays, the word being sung changes colour.
On the beat, and the finish
It doesn't react to the beat: the frame holds still and the words carry the song. A title card opens the video before the first line and closes it after the last.
Your song in Minimal
Every word is timed to the vocals, so each one moves when it is sung. Every Look in this style keeps these moves and brings its own picture, colours and type, in 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, 16:9 for YouTube and 1:1 for posts. Start from one of its Looks, or let the director design a new Look in this style for your song.
