Each added format adds its render: 6 credits per started half-minute. Making a Look public returns 10 credits.

What is a credit?
Credits pay for videos. Every order shows its exact credit cost before anything is charged, and credits are taken only when the video is delivered.
Do monthly credits roll over?
No. A plan's monthly credits are used first and reset each month. Credit packs never expire, with or without a plan.
What happens if a render fails?
Its credits go back to your balance automatically.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in Settings, Billing; you keep your plan and its monthly credits until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of a payment, unused credits are refunded. The Refund Policy has the details.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, on every plan, subject to the rights in the songs, covers and photos you upload.
Is the API included?
Yes. Every plan includes API keys for the REST API, the MCP server for AI agents, the CLI and the n8n node.
How do I pay?
Paddle.com is our reseller and Merchant of Record: it takes cards and other local payment methods and adds sales tax where it applies. Prices are in USD.
