Refund Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
Credits for videos you didn't get
Credits are taken only when a video is delivered, and a render that fails returns its credits to your balance automatically. If something still went wrong with a video you paid for, write to us and we'll put the credits back.
Within 14 days of a payment
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment: a plan's first charge, a renewal, or a credit pack.
- If you haven't used any credits from that payment, we refund it in full.
- If you have, we refund what you paid minus the credits you used, valued at that payment's price per credit. For example, a $19 plan with 2,500 monthly credits values each credit at $0.0076; if you used 500, the refund is $15.20.
For a yearly plan, the price per credit is the yearly price divided by twelve months of credits.
After 14 days
Payments aren't refundable after 14 days, unless the law requires a refund or a fault on our side kept you from using your credits. Cancelling a plan stops future renewals, and you keep your plan and its monthly credits until the end of the period you paid for.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] from your account email and include the receipt or order number, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used, and the refunded credits are removed from your balance.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and doesn't limit, any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
