How Glitch moves
Glitch is kinetic typography: the lyrics are the hero and fill the frame. It sets them in centred lines, a phrase at a time. The words glitch in and glitch out. As it plays, the word being sung changes colour.
On the beat, and the finish
On the song's hits the frame jolts and flashes on the strongest ones, and the lyrics split into red and cyan, slice and jump. A quiet song barely moves it; a drop hits hard. A spectrum line moves with the music along the bottom. The picture is finished with film grain and flickering CRT scanlines. A title card opens the video before the first line and closes it after the last.
